OUR PROCESS

How It Works

The 4 STEP PROCESS

At Millstone Financial Group, we believe your success relies on the strength of your relationship with your advisor, and so, it’s our mission to make our clients and their goals our first priority. Our guiding principle is: People first, numbers second.

By crafting tailored financial plans based on your individual dreams and struggles, we can help you weather the challenging times while providing you with solutions to better reach your financial goals. In order to develop your plan without missing a detail, we utilize a four-step process.

Step 1:

The Millstone Awareness Analysis

This thorough analysis is designed to help you see how your current retirement plan is working for you, where you can improve, and which opportunities you need to capitalize on. We do this through a 5-point evaluation of your current retirement plan and finances:

• Retirement Income Projection
• Investment Portfolio Analysis
• Investment Portfolio Fee Report
• Tax Liability Analysis
• Social Security Review

Step 2:

 Analysis Overview

In our second meeting, we’ll go over your Millstone Awareness Analysis and discuss strategies that we feel can improve your situation. Then, it’s time to get started. If we have both decided to work together, our team will begin to collect the necessary documents and information we need to implement the stages of your customized action plan.

This will enable us to create your custom Millstone Advisory Plan, leaving you with the confidence in knowing you’re headed in the right direction.

Step 3:

The Millstone Advisory Plan

At this point, we will begin the implementation process of moving your assets and adjusting your portfolio according to the plan. No financial plan should be set in stone. We prefer to think of your custom plan as a living, breathing document that changes as you do.

Your custom retirement plan will include:

• Income Plan
• Investment Plan
• Advanced Planning (Tax, Healthcare, and Legacy Planning)

Step 4:

Oversee and Continually Refine Your Plan

We’re here as your trusted advisors over time. In addition to consistently monitoring your plan, we welcome any questions you have and provide guidance as your life evolves. Together, we’ll regularly review your financial progress, discuss life changes, and modify your plan as necessary.
